Its hard to tell you what a transition ive experienced…Im 75 had a broken neck over 10 years ago. the problem was the operation had to wait till iwas 65 to be covered by insurance… a 6 month wait. The wait was devastating… my body became weak and the drugs made me a diabetic… ive tryed all sorts of things since…and now my pain has for the most part gone away… my exercise volume has increased and feel walking with out a cane or walker is closer than ever.
